SHIPPING
- All U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately one week after shipment.
- If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- Preorders: Any preorder items will be explicitly mentioned in the product description and may take up to 6 weeks to ship.

- Please note that we currently only offer U.S. shipping.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY
- We do not accept refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and details before making your purchase. If you have questions or need assistance before placing an order, please contact us at pastelsstudios@gmail.com.
- In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within two weeks of receiving your order at pastelsstudios@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
- We are not responsible for issues related to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, customers must contact the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility:
- The customer must contact us via email regarding their order.
- Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
- Refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee.
- The shipping fee, typically between $6 and $8, is non-refundable.
